In addition to the room rate, the following fixed charges apply per stay:
- Final Cleaning Fee:
- Apartment 6d: € 60.00 per stay.
- Apartment 5d: € 70.00 per stay.
- General Utilities & Management Fee: € 80.00 per stay (applicable to both apartments).
- Tourist Tax: € 2.00 per person, per day (Municipality of Polpenazze del Garda).

Linens & Towels: Bed linen and towels are included, with a weekly change provided.
Full Equipment: Apartments are fully equipped with tableware and kitchen accessories.
